Delete your data

Levelkin keeps data in two places, so there are two ways to delete.

Last updated

1. Data on your phone

Your kins, habits, tick history and preferences have a local copy. With cloud sync enabled, your account also stores a copy.

Open Levelkin, go to Profile → Your data → Start over in Levelkin, and confirm. This removes the plan locally and syncs that removal to your other phones when connected. It cannot be undone. Uninstalling removes only the device copy; it does not delete cloud data or exported files.

2. Your account, if you created one

Your account holds your email address, a hash of your password, your Levelkin membership, your Pro status, session records and, when enabled, synced routines and history.

In the app

On Android, go to Profile → Account → Delete account. In your browser, sign in and go to Account → Delete account. Follow the confirmation step.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email luckysolanki902@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Levelkin account deletion. Sending from that address is how we confirm it is you. Email requests are handled within 30 days.

What is deleted, and when

  • Immediately: your sessions are revoked, signing you out everywhere.
  • During in-app deletion: your synced routines, app membership and entitlements are removed. Your global sign-in identity is removed when no other Lucky Apps membership needs it.
  • Retained: purchase records required for tax, accounting and fraud prevention, kept in minimised form for as long as the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Levelkin Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple account → Subscriptions for App Store purchases. Refund requests are handled by the store where you purchased.
